Posted by: srp on Wednesday, November 07, 2007 - 08:23 AM
After two years of nothing but a mud pit for our back yard we finally got a landscaper to take on our project. In October and November, we had our back yard re-lanscaped, including significant hardscape, new plants and new sod.

New Kitchen Counter Computer: Sony Vaio
Posted by: srp on Friday, March 23, 2007 - 04:20 PM

We've been using an Audrey in the kitchen for several years now, It's a very nice system for it's size and age, but the e-mail client does not handle HTML e-mail or attachements, and the browser is stuck back in a world equivalent to netscape 3.7. It served us well, but it was well past time to retire this computer.

We wanted a modern computer that would be both functional and fit the space appropriately; on the counter but under the cabinets. We really have only one location that can support a computer.

Repainting the Bungalow
Posted by: srp on Monday, September 22, 2003 - 08:46 PM
We've been having our North Tacoma 1917 Bungalow exterior repainted. It was a light brown with a dark brown trim and white muntin bars, now it's moving towards green, with a dark green trim, and a burgundy trim on the top crown moulding of the windows. Pacific Nowrthwest Painting is doing a wonderful job with our demanding five color scheme. See Below for the colors used.
